北九州銀行ポータル is the official app provided by Kitakyushu Bank. It allows users to easily check their account balances and transaction details anytime and anywhere, eliminating the need for a physical passbook.

The app offers a range of key features for users, including the ability to open accounts (including credit and brand debit card applications), update address information, and view balances for various types of accounts such as regular deposits, savings deposits, fixed deposits, accumulated fixed deposits, and loans.

Users can also access transaction details for regular deposits and savings deposits, with the option to view the information in a passbook format and add personal memos. Additionally, the app provides deposit details and the ability to deposit and withdraw funds for fixed deposits and accumulated fixed deposits.

Other features of the app include fund transfers, smartphone de passbook switching, loan repayment simulations, loan application acceptance, and asset management capabilities provided by MoneyForward.

Please note that users who do not have an account can open one through the app. During the registration process, authentication will be done using account information and cash card PIN. If you already have an account at the same branch, you can use the same ID for transactions. Certain transactions, such as fund transfers, may require additional verification through the Rakuraku authentication app.
